Touring Spring Mill Distillery feels like wandering back in time. Exposed stone walls, glistening copper stills, and towering washbacks made with all-Canadian wood.

While it may feel like you’ve travelled back in time, what you’re seeing is new. It begins with a restored mill that captures the enduring spirit of a family who first created a distillery in 1836 in Niagara, Ontario - and ends with a stop at our on-site Ward Bar.
