Terry SPRIGGS
Director of Finance
Beginning her successful career in finance at Sleeman Breweries, Terry’s extensive knowledge of the alcohol industry and history of managing corporate finance lend a hand to keep the operations and the staff of Spring Mill in line.
Cooper SLEEMAN
Manager, Sales & Marketing
With a strong background in sales and marketing obtained from the brewery world, Cooper manages brand development and is thoroughly involved in the day-to-day operation of the distillery.
Quinn SLEEMAN
Cooper & Distiller
Spring Mill’s very own on-site Apprentice Cooper, Quinn brings knowledge and training obtained across the U.S. and Canada to the building, inspection, and repair of our barrels.
John O’HARA
Lead Distiller, Master Distiller in training
John started at Spring Mill Distillery while construction was underway, learning and helping with a variety of tasks before start-up. With a biochemistry backbone and experience in the wine industry, he brings diverse knowledge to Spring Mill.

Retail & Hospitality Manager
As one of the first staff members to start before operation began, Christine has a unique behind-the-scenes knowledge of our distillery. With a strong dedication to guest experience, Christine spares no effort to ensure all private and community involved events meet the highest standard.
