The Cocktails

From classics to signature cocktails, we have options for every taste. Historically, the original Allan’s Mill was close to a tavern called Dellemere. It operated in the 1830s, hosting locals and serving the working folk of the community. We’re honouring this history of hospitality by naming our signature cocktail The Dellemere.
